Yeeeha! Where do I get the frequent flyer card???
With Grant as my tandemmaster I had an awesome time with beautiful weather! As a Norwegian coming from the arctic I've been keen on doing the whole thing nude, but Grant didn't let me... I tried talking them into barefoot-jump, but they finally let me on the plane with my slippers after this fabulous woman called Andrea taped them to my feet...

With beautiful weather, even nicer people and almost barefeet Skydive Lake Wanaka is something you can't miss!

To be honset, at first I was a little apprehensive about jumping out of a plane at 12000ft. However when I arrived at the airfield and saw how professional everything is my concerns went out of the window.
Henk, who was my skydiving tandem master, was a real star and a real pro. He has carried out over 12000 jumps!
The views from the plane were stunning, bue skies, a clear lake and surrounded by mountains. Wanaka is one of the most beautiful places in New Zealand, and even more beautioful when you see it from a parachute.

I have experienced nothing that beats the rush of free-falling, absolutely amazing! Without doubt the highlight of my visit to New Zealand and one to be repeated, only next time from 15000ft!!
Thanks to everyone at Skydive Wanaka for making the day so fantastic.

My third sky dive in NZ and the best!

Was my first time jumping from 15,000ft and I was a bit nervous to say the least, but my tandem master was fantastic-very reassuring, informative and fun.

This was my first skydive and it was so amazing I had to come back the next day to do it again. Fantastic views with top notch dive masters and crew. Get off your ass and do it today.

The most thrilling moment ever. Felt completely 'out of it' up there and when down......amazing....tried to play it cool for days before and after and well worth it.

Absolutely Awesome experience.
The staff were all really helpful and reassuring. They relax you by their confidence in waht they do.
Well worth doing and probably doing again.
 

J'ai beaucoup aimé mon saut en parachute à Wanaka. Mon instructeur était très sympa et avait beaucoup d'humour, mon photographe québécois également. L'ambiance entre les clients était très agréable. La vue de l'avion imprenable. C'est une expérience très très agréable.

I really liked my jump at Wanaka. My instructor Phil was very nice and funny, so was Simon, my photographer from Quebec. The other jumpers were very open and we had some interesting conversations while waiting for the jump. The views from the plane were out of this world and the jump very relaxing and special. It is amazing how friendly and relaxed the staff are. They also have a personal touch for everybody. They are doing a very good job. Impressive. Thank you Simon, Phil and the nice english girl who runs the place.

I just jumped out of a plane at 15,000 ft. with Frank keeping me alive.... It was the most AMAZING EXPERIENCE, I recommend everyone to skydive and to skydive at Lake Wanaka, the scenery is stunning.... I'm changed forever after doing that, most incredible experience.... NO FEAR!!!
 

I DID IT!!!!
It was awesome and my adrenalin is still high. I have to say that i never could have jumped out of the plane by myself but lukily i was contected to my tandemmaster Henk, who was really funny and encouraging. And who finally just pushed me out ;D. Cheers.
All the staff here is really friendly and helpful so i really recommend to do a skydive here especially when the weather is as great and sunny as today. And get the DVD or you will regret it.
